Jesse with A Team Septic took care of us when we had an issue with our septic backing up into our tub/ showers. He got back to me right away and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He arrived the next day and was even EARLY and took time to explain everything he was doing- and to educate on how to care for the septic based off his experience with the business. He made sure that everything was functioning properly before he closed up the tanks and he didn't leave things in a mess. His price was also very reasonable. Our septic tank was completely full and we needed emergency pumping. "A-Team Septic" offered to come immediately (9pm), but we elected to have him come first thing in the morning. He was exactly on time, incredibly friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. I called A Team Septic to give me a second opinion on what i felt was suspicious previous septic tank work. Jesse came out and right off showed me where the septic tank had not been pumped correctly or enough. I would have been having back up again shortly. He also did evaluation and believed I had field line problems likely roots. I told him to go ahead with work. He notified all utilities who had to mark lines and was back as soon as they were marked. Him and him assistant worked every minute they were here. They had to repump, put in new piping where there were roots growing in and blocking it, and other field line work. They did a great job cleaning up yard and repacking where they had dug. I felt his price was also reasonable. I believe Jesse is very honest and would highly recommend his company and work. Needed them on Saturday due to water backing up in house. Not only came out right away, checked to make sure my pump was working. I had a septic inspection when I purchased our home May 2020 and I didn’t know I had three covers at time of my inspection. Needless to say my septic wasn’t pumped correctly in 2020. We had an issue with our only 4 year old home / septic system. Fortunately I had photos of the original installation where he noticed a “potential” issue that may have caused our problems. After a partial excavation of the tanks his suspicions were confirmed. They pumped / rinsed the tanks and made the appropriate repairs. We woke up this Saturday cold morning and of course water backing up in house. Went outside to my drain pipe and water was up to my pipe going to septic. I called another company up. That company said I can come Monday to you. I have no place to dump the junk today to pump you out. After I said no water can’t flush toilets all weekend long he said sure I can come and quoted me a crazy amount. This is my first time with issue with septic since we moved in our home. Called Jesse at A Team. He told me he will be at my house next. Told me how much it will be. Of course I asked is this extra because of weekend he said no sir only extra after 430 we have plenty of time to fix my issue. He just didn’t pump my tank. Fantastic experience all around. I called when we noticed our toilets gurgling and Jesse gave me the emergency price and the business day price and walked me through evaluating what was wrong. We decided we needed immediate assistance, and he was there two hours later with a great attitude and quickly diagnosed an issue. He quoted us a reasonable price to repair it and did the work right after Christmas for what he quoted. His excavation work was neat and tidy and he left the yard smooth and looking great. Jesse got the lid off without any issue and was able to get us back up and running fast! He is very professional and walked me through what was done and how often to have it cleaned in the future. A-Team Septic did a fantastic job pumping out my septic tank. They have a technique that gets about 99% of your tank empty opposed to some septic companies that pump and run without getting all of it out. I could see the bottom concrete of my septic tank front to back. I am very impressed with A-Team and Jesse the owner, he answered all of my questions and even had some helpful advice to maintain my system.
